Called me and left a message. Obviously trying to get me to call back.

Have phoned me a few times over last few days. Answered today, nothing on end of line, then my dog started barking, I kept saying hello, finally someone said something like your fault you can't hear 'your dog is barking' I hung up. Looked up on google, found all this info, phoned the number, weird noise at the beginning, then 'NZ Assist'. Blocked number.

Call came at approximately 5.10pm at night on August 14, 2023. I had the same call yesterday in the afternoon at approximately 3.00pm. No one speaks and then call ended. I do not want any more of these call please.

This number has called me several times over the past few weeks. I managed to answer once, but when I said “hello” they just hung up. When I call the number, it says it is NZ assist which I have never heard of. The calls are completely unsolicited and unwanted. Seems likely to be a scam.
