I too got the call 2 times from this number. 1st time no one spoke and second time sone lady saying she is from some bank from mumbai and the call got disconnected. when i called back no one picks up.

I also got a call from this number. I didn't attend it. I recently opened a citi bank account. They themself made a subscription to the credit card. But due to insufficient balance it was rejected.

Same here. I can't hear anything after picking the call. And when I call back, nobody lifts the call.
Once When I picked the call, for the first time I could hear something. I heard 3 people were casually having a chat, may be a little far away from the phone.

I finally added the number in my reject list. And I can see the number in my logs being auto-rejected at least once/twice in a day.
